Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Glove ("we", "us") handles information when you use glove.so, the host app, and public demo rooms. It is an operational disclosure for a private-beta product — not a claim of SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR certification, or ISO 27001.

What we collect

  • Account data. Name, email, and organization membership from Clerk when you sign up or are invited.
  • Product configuration. Product URLs, demo flows, knowledge you upload, CTA copy, and encrypted demo login credentials you store so the agent can drive your product.
  • Session data. Join identity (name you enter), recording consent, transcripts, captions, browser action logs, quality scores, and session recordings when recording is enabled.
  • Leads and follow-up. CTA clicks, captured emails, follow-up drafts, and workflow events.
  • Billing. Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Security logs. Audit events for sensitive actions (approvals, exports, policy changes).

Where data lives

Application state is stored in Convex. Live rooms use LiveKit (commercial path) or Daily.co (legacy fallback). The demo browser runs on Fly.io and may use Browserbase. Voice and language features use OpenAI. Recordings may be imported to Mux for replay. Email uses Resend. Authentication is Clerk. Payments are Stripe. We do not sell personal data.

Recordings and public replay

Recording consent is on by default and shown before a participant joins a recorded room. Public replay and public transcripts are off by default and only enable when an organization admin turns them on. A public replay link exposes the session to anyone who has the URL.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (Clerk) and session security. We do not currently run third-party marketing or advertising pixels. If we add product analytics later, this page will be updated and a consent notice will be added where required.

Export and deletion

Organization owners can request a tenant data export from admin settings. Automated tenant deletion is not yet executed — deletion requests are recorded and fulfilled manually. Retention settings in admin are preview/dry-run until the retention worker is enabled. Do not assume GDPR-grade erase is instantaneous.
